Senior Leadership Team
The Senior Leadership Team leads the strategic thinking & planning for the organisation. It is responsible for developing and operationalising Manawanui’s Business Plan.
The Administration team ensures Manawanui runs smoothly. They are responsible for managing incoming referrals and service authorisations, providing administration support to SLT and the CEO.
Led by Claire Ryan, the Coaching team are the face of Manawanui. They help people set up their service, and provide guidance and support around funding, budgeting, recruitment and payroll.
Communications and Marketing Team
Led by Julz Trappitt, the Communications team manage all external and internal communications, including social media platforms, websites, newsletters, media management and our intranet.
Information Technology Team
Our IT team are responsible for driving our technology projects, identifying and delivering IT solutions, and trouble shooting. They work to ensure our IT systems are effective and relevant.
Led by Russell Fernandes, the Finance team have three primary purposes: Payroll processing, accounts management and business analysis.
Customer Experience Centre (CEC) Team
The CEC team are the first port of call for incoming client queries. They operate on a first call resolution philosophy and can provide assistance and support around all aspects of IF.
